Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of the website reelscope.co ("Site") and the services provided by VICTOR IVANOV, operating as VICTOR IVANOV ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide video editing, color grading, motion design, sound, and photo finishing services. Each engagement is defined by a written brief, a fixed quote and a delivery date agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Quotes and payment

• Quotes are fixed for the agreed scope. Scope changes receive an amended quote before continuing.
• Prices are stated in US dollars and exclude taxes unless agreed otherwise.
• A 50% deposit books your start slot; the balance is due on delivery before master files are released.
• Invoices are payable within 7 days. Late payment may pause work.

4. Your responsibilities

• You own or hold the rights to all footage, images and materials you provide.
• Materials arrive in a usable format, and feedback is given within reasonable time.
• Contact and billing information is accurate.

5. Our commitments

• We deliver to the agreed brief, quality standard and date, and keep materials confidential.
• Music and stock are sourced from licensed libraries; license details are shared.
• We communicate openly about progress, delays or issues as they arise.

6. Revisions

Revision rounds are stated in your quote (e.g., 1, 3, or unlimited). If we have missed the brief, we correct it regardless of the count. New creative directions or substantially changed scope may be quoted separately.

7. Intellectual property

• You retain all rights to materials you provide.
• On full payment, you receive a licence to use the finished deliverables for the agreed purpose. Masters are released after full payment.
• Unless you opt out, we may show selected work in our portfolio. You can opt out at any time.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time; deposits are refundable as described in the Refund Policy. If you cancel after work begins, you are invoiced for work completed. We may pause or cancel work if materials, approvals or payment are not provided in time, or if materials violate law.

9. Confidentiality

All client materials and communications are treated as confidential. A mutual confidentiality agreement is included by default and can be signed before materials are shared.

10. Disclaimers

Services are performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific results, audience growth, sales or performance outcomes — creative work depends on many factors beyond our control. Testimonials and examples are illustrative, not guarantees.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data, profit or revenue.

12. Site use

Use the Site lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it. Site content is for information and marketing. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republica Moldova. We first seek to resolve disputes amicably in writing; unresolved disputes may be referred to the competent courts of the Republica Moldova. Consumer rights under mandatory law are unaffected.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; the current version is always on this page with its date.
